The Telehealth Intake Coordinator will communicate with our patients via phone and telehealth platform to obtain their basic information. This position will also assist the Intake Supervisor and medical providers by demonstrating industry-leading care for our patients while utilizing HIPAA-compliant telehealth technology. This position will maintain communication with the various clinical coordinators and clinical staff of our clients. The successful candidate will possess the ability to learn our EMR effectively, multi-task in a fast paced environment, maintain confidentiality for our patients, and provide outstanding customer service.
This is a work-from-home position with standard performance expectations. The requirements include a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum one year customer service experience. Telehealth communication equipment such as laptop computers and headset are provided. A minimum broadband internet is required,
TMG’s ARNPs will perform standard intake assessments including: obtaining and reviewing prior medical records, performing patient intake interviews via telehealth, and managing new patient forms. The ARNP will coordinate work with the Intake Supervisor and supervising physician, although this position provides the ability to work independently from home.
This is a work-from-home position with standard performance expectations. The requirements include an active RN and APRN license with a minimum one year of general practice experience. The ARNP should maintain active BLS and ACLS certifications. Telehealth communication equipment such as laptop computers and headset are provided. A minimum broadband internet is required.
The ARNP candidate should possess knowledge of or experience evaluating patients based on medical and personal histories; knowledge of healthcare quality standards published by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA). The ARNP should possess a DEA certification assigned to a healthcare provider by the United States Drug Enforcement Administration permitting the ability to write prescriptions for controlled substances.
